Lower fields and enforcement

On 31 July 2025, Guildford Borough Council obtained an injunction against 37 known and unknown plot owners, in wanborough fields.  Served on 1 August 2025, the order immediately forbids further permanent structures or hardstanding, bringing on additional caravans/mobile homes, creating new plots/paths, installing services for residential occupation or carrying out commercial activity — Breach of the order is contempt of court and may lead to imprisonment, fines or seizure of assets. for full details click here
